Delete Immediately Inside the Rendee App

If you still have the mobile application installed and are logged in, you can delete your account instantly without waiting for manual processing:

Open Profile

Go to your Profile tab

Security Settings

Tap 'Account & Privacy'

Delete Account

Confirm account removal

What Data Gets Deleted?

✕ Personal Profile: Full name, email, phone number, credentials, profile pictures, and addresses.
✕ Scheduling History: Appointment logs, consultation notes, proposals, and partner reviews.
✕ Partner Credentials: Service catalogs, medical agendas, operating hours, and specialty listings.
✕ Device Tokens: Push notification endpoints, active session tokens, and location preferences.

Data Retention & Exceptions

Certain non-identifiable financial transaction receipts or records mandated by healthcare compliance regulations and tax authorities may be retained in encrypted archive storage for the legally required period.
